If you subscribe to The Double-Cross newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it. We pass it to Beehiiv, our newsletter platform, which handles delivery and list management. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.
Shop customers
When you place an order, Shopify collects the information necessary to process your purchase and ship your order — name, shipping address, email, and payment information. We receive order details but do not see or store your full payment card number. Shopify's privacy policy governs how that data is handled; you can find it at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Site visits
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver this website. Cloudflare may collect basic traffic data including IP addresses, browser types, and page requests for security and performance purposes. We don't use Google Analytics or other third-party tracking scripts on this site. We don't run retargeting ads. We don't use cookies beyond what Shopify's storefront requires to function.
How We Use Your Information
- Email addresses are used only to send The Double-Cross newsletter and transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates). We don't use your email for advertising.
- Order information is used to fulfill and ship your order and to handle any issues with it.
- We don't build marketing profiles, track behavior across sites, or sell data to third parties.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Shopify — e-commerce platform and payment processing
- Printful — print-on-demand fulfillment (receives your shipping address to fulfill orders)
- Beehiiv — newsletter platform (receives your email address when you subscribe)
- Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and security
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data or ask questions about what we hold, email us at [email protected].
If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. We'll respond to any valid data request within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
